Birhanu Tiruneh Dinku is a lecturer and trainer who has been working in different colleges in Ethiopia. He has his advanced diploma from Bahir Dar Polytechnic Institute in Electrical Technology and his BEd in Electrical-Electronics Technology from Nazareth College of Technical Teacher Education.

Mr Birhanu worked as a technical assistant in different colleges and is working as a lecturer in Nazareth College of TTE. He also worked as a trainer of technical trainers for different technical schools.

Together with other members, Mr Birhanu participated in the designing of curriculum for technical education for Ethiopian technical and vocational schools (10+1 and 10+2 programmes) conducted by the Ministry of Education.

Mr.Birhanu has written different articles on technical and vocational education, prepared short-term course manuals, designed systematic and progressive laboratory projects. He attended several workshops, seminars and panel discussions.

Mr Birhanu is licensed by the Ethiopian Electric Agency for the design and installation of Electrical wiring systems for industrial and commercial buildings. He used to accomplish several contracts of electrical wiring projects.

Mr Birhanu is member and active participant in different associations among which are the African Association of Science Editors (AASE) and Society of Ethiopian Electrical Engineers (SEEE). He also served as a training coordinator for African Association of Science Editors.
