He took
training management in Italy, Torino and went to Harare in Africa as a
trainer on Cooperatives Training in Africa course.
He attended a general management courses organized by the civil
service commission. He also
participated in workshops on project preparation and appraisal,
participatory approach and tools, Business Development Services (BDS) and
Monitoring and Evaluation of SMEs. He also attended the Administration
Bureau of Labor
and Social Affairs
and Children in difficult Circumstances
Program of the Ministry of Labor and
Social Affairs and Italian Corporation.
He also joined a networking of organizations dealing with training and
employment for youth. In his activities, he worked with many NGOs on the
promotion of SMEs sectors. He
focus on mainly youth and women areas to enable them to create income
generating activities. He wrote a paper on importance of skills and business management
training for the promotion of SMEs in Ethiopia for the workshop conducted
by Oromiya. He also wrote a paper on vocational training and youth
employment in Addis Ababa. He speaks
English, Amharic and Oromiya, write read and speak too. Throughout his
worklife he prepared training
materials on handicraft cooperatives
and translated English materials into local language and for appropriate users.
As business
management training division head he is consulting and managing training
activities. In hes
activities he faced many NGOs regarding on the promotion of
SMEs sectors . Mainly of youth and women areas to enable them in
creating income generating activities. SMEs are sector that is developing
rapidly in the country. The government
has given great emphasis on these areas At present
he is working as the
business management train division head in the government organization.
