He is a statistician and a MSc. majoring in Operations Research. He has attended various training, workshops and conferences on business consultants, business development service, economics, business information system computer software applications and different statistical package applications in Ethiopia and India.

He has an experience of 12 years in different Government and private sector      organizations. Mudesir has worked with the Government organization, as Consultancy and Information Officer in micro and small enterprises development agency and information and data processing manager, taxation study expert and statistician in finance sector of Oromia regional state. In federal government he worked in agricultural sector as statistician and project evaluator. To private enterprises, He consults, prepare a business plan and projects in the sector of agriculture, manufacturing and import export trades. He also conducts a different baseline surveys and case studies with religious organizations. And also he participates in preparation of the Oromia National Regional State Micro and Small Enterprises Development Strategy.   

By now Mudesir is the head of information and consultancy department of Oromia Micro and Small Enterprises Development Agency. He consults MSE's on business ideas, marketing, production, finance, technology and organization and management. And also provides information on marketing, technology, financial institutions, resources etc. He also interested to develop networking between MSE's and different partners of the sector.
