Profile: Fikirte Fenta

Fikirte Fenta is a young and ambitious Economist with a B.A. degree from Addis Ababa University. 

In the three years since her graduation, she has been working in several governmental and private companies.  During these years she had the opportunity to work on several fields, which include marketing and production planning.  Her experience varies from working in a very small private company to working in a large profit oriented textile factory.  This gives her a unique mix of experience, the small and the big, the easy informal atmosphere and the formal corporate environment.

Today, Fikirte is a civil servant working in trade name licensing and registration, trademark protection and trademark legal compliance.  Giving her the additional benefit of experiencing the government environment.

Fikirte has had the opportunity to learn computer courses in the major application desktop software programs and has attended a Business Consultancy course.
