so that they do not actually know where they are operating at profit or
loss. The entrepreneur's awareness about government commercial lows is
very low. Most of them are involved in the business no by identifying the
market opportunities but randamly. Due to those problems most of them
loses in the business at the end rather than growing bigger add bigger.
By looking deep in to the problems of the entrepreneurs of
Ethiopia, He employed in oromia reginal state micro and small scale
enterprise development agency as sinou project consultant's develop his
knowledge in this area he took marketing and sales management training in
one of the best institute. From the training actually he got good
knowledge in the field of marketing research, customers behavior analysis,
meeting customers needs, sales organization, sales planning and
salesmanship. During
his career in MSE bureau of regional state, He was a member of committee,
which was responsible to conduct detail studies on the problems and
opportunities of MSEs in the region. Based on these study we had proposed
the recommendation, which the region is now working on it.
Due to his interest and ability to provide business consultancy for
SMME, he participates in business consultancy training, which is
co-ordinate By UNID and conducted by internationally known trainer. These
consultancy training made he completive in these field. Surafel can speak
and writes three language, Amahric, oromifa and Engilish.
